Welcome: Minneapolis Councilmember, Elizabeth Glidden
Keynote: Ashley Atkinson, Director of Project Development and Urban Agriculture, The Greening of Detroit
Ashley works with The Detroit Garden Resource Program, which provides resources and support to home, school, and community gardens in the Detroit area. Gardens are organized into clusters based on area, which provide a strong local support network for gardens, and also facilitate the distribution of resources.
